Best Western Downtown PLUS Music Row

It's incredibly clean and well maintained. From arrival at midnight with security in front to always having someone at the desk, it was well staffed. The room was clean and looked newly upgraded. The breakfast was terrific. We saved $50-60 each morning eating in vs paying for a high priced breakfast out. We appreciated the lobby decor and that it was also decorated for fall. So safe, clean and well maintained. That's all I want in a vacation hotel.

Upgraded us to a business suite, because I needed an handicap accessible room, and they didn't have one when I booked. Also, the omlet station was wonderful. The lady keeping the buffet filled was very friendly, and asked if we needed anything to let her know. The front desk was very helpful, and called us a taxi. That's how we met Mack. He gave us his business card, and we called him every time. The mini fridge kept everything very cold. The lobby is decorated really cute. We stayed 3 nights. It was very reasonable through Booking.com

Great hotel in a convenient position for Mid Town and Downtown attractions. Standard of cleanliness very high in lobby area and rooms. Staff are wonderful! Extremely helpful and friendly. Adequate complimentary breakfast and the provision of free coffee and cold beverages was more than generous. A twenty minute fairly easy and safe walk takes you to the Broadway bars, but an Uber can do it in 6 for around $5. All of this at a very competitive rate giving excellent value.

This hotel is within walking distance of the bars and restaurants downtown and on Music Row. The Country Music Hall of Fame is 1 mile away, and Losers, The Row, and other places Music Row were 1/2 mile away. It was clean, comfortable, and had a large lobby and breakfast area.

All the little extra touches are impressive. Complementary tea/coffee at reception, massage chairs, afternoon cookies. The breakfast was excellent with omelette station, pancakes, fresh fruit, etc. Good selection. Location was OK. It was a bit of a hike to Broadway but close to a few bars on Demonas... St. (warning to U21. You must be in the bars before 6pm even if you are going to eat. We really struggled with getting in anywhere for food after 6pm).
